First Photos of Anne Hathaway as Catwoman in The Dark Knight Rises

Anne Hathaway plays the role of Selina Kyle or the Catwoman in The Dark Knight Rises

Anne Hathaway turns into Catwoman in the upcoming movie The Dark Knight Rises. The character Selina Kyle was already portraited by many actresses and this time its Anne Hathaway’s turn.


Warner Bros. has officially released the first photos of Anne Hathaway being the new Cat Woman in The Dark Knight Rises. As you can see in the image above, it looks like Ann is driving Batman’s Batpod (a motorcycle-like vehicle), first seen in The Dark Knight.

The Catwoman, in the upcoming Batman movie in 2012, doesn’t look like the traditional cat woman with it’s “cat costume”. I wonder what happened to the skin-tight catwoman costume. Ann’s also wearing an over sized sunglasses/goggles with blue lights on it. Which I doubt could barely hide her identity.

In The Dark Knight Rises, Anne Hathaway (Catwoman) is most probably Bruce Wayne/Batman’s partner against the villain in this story, Bane.
